Pools in the Pajottenland

Permits
In Flanders, a pool next to a home is often exempt from an environmental permit, for instance when it is no larger than 80 m² and sits in the side or back garden. The exact conditions depend on your situation: we check them with you, and if in doubt the planning department of your municipality can confirm.
